The Supreme Court has now
rewritten the constitution, what next?
The latest political ruling
from the Supreme Court is not only out of sync with the constitution, but is a
travesty and demonstrates that at least 5 of the nine justices should not have
been elevated to this important, although currently superfluous position…
This ruling flies in the face
of both the 5th and 14th Amendments to the Constitution,
known as the Bill of Rights; it constitutes a taking for Private use! It is an
insurance bill and for the benefit of insurance companies…
The Supreme Court, which has a
history of political decisions going all the way back to the Dred Scott
Decision of 1857, where Chief Justice
Roger B. Taney, declared that all blacks -- slaves as well as free -- were not
and could never become citizens of the United States. The court also declared
the 1820 Missouri Compromise unconstitutional, thus permitting slavery in all
of the country's territories. See Dred
Scott V. Sanford:
The current Obamacare decision has now out done even the most ostentatious among this courts rulings and interpretations. The current ruling, which has struck down the expansion of Medicaid to insure the poor and poverty stricken would have medical insurance, made a new determination and definition of what constitutes a tax! While still leaving some 26 million citizens unable to obtain or pay for insurance.

While still leaving some 26 million citizens unable to obtain or pay for insurance.
No Longer is a tax
constrained to a revenue raising measure to support government, now a penalty
or fine for not doing as we are told is also determined to be a tax.
This decision is so
outrageous it makes one wonder what Roberts’ secret motive may have been? Was
it to save the court from angry mobs, or to insure a backlash against Obama and
insure Romney win’s the presidency?
Now the poor and poverty
stricken will most likely still be without insurance while the middle class
will be further reduced to the level of poverty, and many Democrats have no
understanding of the full ramifications of this legislative fiat. It has put
yet another nail in the coffin of democracy
If the Government now has this
new power to pass any law for the benefit of Private business under the pretext
of the general welfare clause, and the interstate commerce clause, why not fine
us for example, for not purchasing a new automobile?
Maybe they will?
