Corrupt Prosecutors:

The Justice Department, and perhaps all the way to the White House have damaged the image of justice in America . The dedication of conservative power houses such as George W. Bush, Karl Rove, Monica Goodling, and Alberto Gonzales asserting their will and influence upon the judicial system has become extremely disturbing when taken into consideration the ways in which those tasks have been implemented and their end result, the undoing of the Constitution.

But what is even more disturbing it the rapidity in which corruption has spread throughout the entire spectrum of the Justice System at both the State and Federal levels. Prosecutorial corruption is so prevalent that we are advised that more than 20 percent of those convicted of crimes are actually innocent.

No state is immune from political and prosecutorial corruption and some are more prone than others, as George Magazine voted Nevada number one in political corruption, the State is followed closely by Texas , Alabama , and Florida.

Why is this becoming an alarming concern to Americans?

The answer is basic, because we are a nation of Laws, not of kings that rule by arbitrary decisions, yet when a prosecutor abandons the rule of law for reasons of protecting their status, or to hide their inequity, as for an example the fabrication of a Criminal prosecution, concealing evidence of NO crime, presenting to a Grand Jury, (a system that does not work because it is not adversarial) one side of the case and concealing evidence that No crime had been committed, or attempting to destroy the reputation of an individual that was doing the job the prosecutor was supposed to do, but failed, this should concern all Americans.

It has long been recognized that a prosecutor’s duty is to seek justice. In Berger v. United States, 295 U.S. 78 (1935) our Supreme Court declared this mandate recognizing that prosecutors should “prosecute with eagerness and vigor” but may not use “improper methods calculated to produce a wrongful conviction.” But this is exactly what they do, falsify documents, induce witnesses to commit perjury and intimidate those witnesses who defend the accused.

In other words, the rules of law have been bent, as long as the reviewing court determines, based upon their own post-conviction subjective interpretation, that the evidence notwithstanding the alleged misconduct is sufficient to support the conviction, a prosecutor’s deliberate misconduct, e.g. witness intimidation, fabrication of documents, deceptive and false testimony, is judicially tolerated.

This is generally called the “harmless error” rule, if the reviewing court determines that the person is “probably” guilty anyway. Then the “error” of a deliberate prosecutorial misconduct is deemed “harmless.” See, e.g. Cargle v. Mullin, 317 F. 3d 1196 (10th Cir. 2003) (“A prosecutor’s misconduct will require reversal of a conviction only where the misconduct sufficiently infected the trial so as to make it fundamentally unfair.”); Mason v. Mitchell, 320 F. 3d 604 (6th Cir. 2003) (“The misconduct must be so pronounced and persistent that it permeates the entire atmosphere of the trial”).

The problem with this logic is that the true harm is not in the result of the deliberate misconduct, but in the misconduct itself. For example where evidence of a crime has been wrongfully seized, it may be suppressed, what then is the distinction?

Our constitutional democracy works because we have become a nation of laws that evolve as necessary to protect the rights of all citizens. If we create a system that effectively absolves deliberate prosecutorial misconduct based upon subjective interpretation of actual harm, and not the act of misconduct itself, do we not invite and even encourage prosecution misconduct? The answer is yes!

As a civilized society we embrace the liberty interests of law and order. Without laws there can be no “order” as one cannot exist without the other. Now imagine a world where every individual is subject to accountability, except those empowered by the government to enforce those laws, this is America ! We must obey all laws while those who are to enforce them have no such obligation, and no accountability.

In today’s criminal justice system, with an epidemic of wrongful convictions increasingly undermining its confidence, prosecutorial misconduct has become the leading cause of these miscarriages of justice and MUST be addressed. The problem is immense, so much so that the US Supreme Court found it necessary to immunize prosecutors against civil liability based on corrupt practices, which include inter alia, acts of, concealment of evidence and lies and deception in the prosecution of criminal cases, even when they prosecute someone they know never committed any crime. The corrupt prosecutor will often use the Media to create the illusion of guilt. Trying the case in the public arena, where the accused is made to look guilty before any trial on the merits. A search for the truth, the very essence of litigation has been replaced with a struggle to pronounce guilt even where there is none.

Even with this epidemic of prosecutorial misconduct victimizing innocent men and women with wrongful incarceration and even condemning them to death, prosecutors enjoy “absolute immunity” from judicial accountability. In Imbler v. Pachtman, 424 U.S. 409 (1976) the Supreme Court concluded that prosecutors, even when they deliberately fabricate evidence, present false evidence, and knowingly use perjured testimony, even when they deliberately prosecute someone they know is innocent, are entitled to “absolute immunity” and cannot be held judicially accountable. The Supreme Court concluded, “The ultimate fairness of the system could be weakened” if prosecutors were held accountable in court for even deliberate misconduct.

This mundane thinking is archaic, used solely to shield intentional wrong doing of the politically connected. Everyone whether in government or outside must be held accountable for their actions when they cause deliberate harm. The operable word here is deliberate.

Add to that the political consequences that make admitting error, the equivalent of career suicide, and a culture that promotes those who will win at any cost; where the most “successful” prosecutors are those who practice the philosophy that “the ends justify the means” and you have a system that invites injustice, and becomes by its very nature inherently corrupt from within.

How can we deny that the absence of accountability is itself an invitation to injustice? If our system can identify the overall numbers of specific prosecutors who have reportedly engaged in deliberate misconduct then is there not a moral responsibility to at the very least ensure that these corrupt individuals never practice law again?

If we identify a doctor that has deliberately engaged in malpractice causing injury to his or her patient, do we not take action to strip them of their license to practice? Why would we demand anything less of a person entrusted to represent “We, the people” in a court of law? Is not the deliberate violation or that most sacred trust at least as equally contemptible, and intolerable, as a physician deliberately engaging in acts of malpractice that victimizes his patients?

The hypocrisy that presently exists is perpetuated by the system itself. Florida being a good case in point, the Florida Supreme Court has repeatedly admonished prosecutors for deliberate misconduct in capital cases, promising that disciplinary actions would follow if that behavior continues, yet not once has the Court actually taken action. This judicial rhetoric is found in case law e.g. In Ruiz v. State, 743 So. 2d 1 ( Fla. 1999) the Florida Supreme Court stated that,“ we warned of the dire consequences of such ‘inexcusable prosecutorial overkill.’” citing, Hill v. State, 477 So. 2d 553 (Fla. 1985) “… yet in spite of our admonishment in Hill and despite subsequent warnings that prosecutorial misconduct will be subject to disciplinary proceedings by the Florida Bar, we never-the-less continue to encounter this problem with unacceptable frequency.” Both Ruiz and Hill were capital cases in which the defendants were sentenced to death; but they’re certainly not the only capital (death sentence) cases in which the Court admonished prosecutors for acts of deliberate misconduct. See, e.g. Garcia v. State, 622 So. 2d 1325 ( Fla. 1993) (“Once again, we are compelled to reiterate the need for propriety, particularly where the death penalty is involved.”); Nowitzke v. State, 572 So. 2d 1346 ( Fla. 1990) (“We are distressed over the lack of propriety and restraint exhibited in the overzealous prosecution of capital cases.”); Garron v. State, 528 So. 2d 353 ( Fla. 1988) (“Such violations of the prosecutor’s duty to seek justice and not merely ‘win’ a death case cannot be condoned by this Court.”); and, Bertolotti v. State, 476 So. 2d 130 (Fla.1985) (“we have recently addressed incidents of prosecutorial misconduct, in the face of repeated admonitions against such overreaching to be grounds for appropriate disciplinary proceedings.”)

All of these cases in which the Florida Supreme Court explicitly recognized acts of prosecutorial misconduct share several things in common, in each of these cases the defendant was sentenced to death (several of these defendants have since been executed) and in each of these cases no actual disciplinary action was taken against the prosecutor found to have engaged in such misconduct.

Two distinct forms of prosecutorial misconduct have accounted for the majority of cases in Florida in which a wrongfully convicted and condemned person was subsequently exonerated by the Courts and released from death row. The first form is an act of prosecutorial misconduct in which a prosecutor is subsequently found to have knowingly withheld material evidence of an exculpatory nature from the defense. In many cases evidence that would have proven the person innocent. The second form are acts of overzealous prosecution in which a prosecutor has a wholly circumstantial case of specious nature, yet proceeds to prosecute by simply manipulating the jury into believing the evidence proves guilt beyond reasonable doubt even though the evidence is legally insufficient to support guilt.

The most recent exoneration released from Florida ’s death row after almost six years of incarceration is John Ballard. After being convicted and condemned to death without any eyewitnesses, no physical or forensic evidence, and no confession; the Florida Supreme Court concluded that the erroneous conviction was the product of overzealous prosecution; that the prosecutor (Deputy Assistant State Attorney Randall McGruther) improperly stacked circumstantial inference upon inference to convince the jury of Ballard’s guilt even though no credible evidence actually supported guilt. See, Ballard v. State, 923 So 2d 475 ( Fla. 2006)

Prosecutorial misconduct is a corruption that acts as a cancer upon the very integrity of our judicial system. This corruption exists only because the judicial system and the State Bar’s allow it to exist. When a group of prosecutors engage in repeated acts of deliberate misconduct resulting in convicting and condemning innocent men and women to death, then those individual prosecutors become the responsibility of society to insist that these prosecutors who have engaged in deliberate misconduct never practice law again. If we are not willing to hold them accountable, then we invite the injustice that inevitably results.

The use of the media, to prosecute a case through the resort of public opinion, where the accused, though innocent, will lose his good name and reputation must be stopped. Sadly the Majority of Americans lack the intelligence to see through the mist, that fog professed by media hype with the prosecutor’s aid.

They buy into media attacks and accusations without seeking the truth behind the campaign. Without ever wondering what really happened, their mind having been molded by the rants of a decisively controlled media, facts then become irrelevant. It is for that reason alone, that people decline to step forward to help. It is this ignorance that allows the Government to keep its citizens in the dark, and allows them to take from us without challenge.

This list of corrupt prosecutors is as endless as there are offices to fill and there are thousands that could be included.

The most extreme injustice conceivable is that of an innocent man or woman being wrongfully convicted and condemned to death, and yet we are executing the innocent.

Health Care, the War of Attrition

Real Health Care in the United States first attempted in1902 by Theodore Roosevelt remains today as aloof as ever.

The issue of Health Care, now in its 107th year of debate has become a war of attrition, a wearing down of the opposition until they finally “if ever” understand that Money is not the true god of man. Only then may we finally obtain, both for ourselves, our posterity and all of humanity, what is a natural and fundamental right of birth, an entitlement as human beings, to universal health care. Real universal health care that includes alternative therapies, frowned upon by the establishment elite.

The powerful corporate interests, motivated by the bottom line, control our government, they have pitted the Natural right of American citizens to a free, open, and affordable health system, against the monopolies of the health care industry, the Hospital, Insurance, Medical (AMA) and their allies, the Banking cartels.

Our interests are not related to Profits nor motivated by a bottom line. Our interests are the initiatives related to the right to access medical care free of the fear of bankruptcy, a natural right consistent with birth.

Most civilized nations today have some form of National Health Care, these include; but are not exclusively listed, Brazil, Canada, Columbia, Mexico, Peru, China, Hong Kong, India, Israel, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Finland, Germany, The Netherlands, United Kingdom, England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Australia, Cuba, Japan and New Zealand the list is endless.

Strikingly absent from this list is the United States, The United States is the only wealthy, industrialized nation that does not have a universal health care system.

The Primary reason for this failure: our elected officials are so easily bribed by any industry that will donate to their campaign finances. This legal form of Bribery is called lobbying. Bribery allowed by legislators who set their own standard, which by any definition, is very low.

As is often said, we in the United States have the best government money can buy! And I would add, often very cheaply.

The revolution of 1775 was fought over a long line of abuses consisting of, inter alia (i) Taxation without representation and (ii) The issue of Currency control.

These abuses, over which a revolution was fought and won, have once again returned. We have no representation, indeed in any office of government. Corruption, having again become inbred in our system, our representation at best an illusion, overrun by the dictates of the moneyed monopoly, the masters of congress.

The Banking interests who pay their servants control our destiny! And we are taxed for their benefit, both in our finance and in our blood.

How can a people who have struggled long years under oppression throw off their oppressors and again re-establish a free society?

The problems though immense, the solution is simple, it lies in the education and enlightenment of our people, and the re-emergence of a spirit that will once again serve as a cornerstone for independence and self-government, a foundation free of corporate control over our destiny. To this end is required a free and open media, unrestrained of government interference and control.

The CIA: An Agency Whose Franchise Should Be Terminated

Lobbyists for Halliburton, Dyncorp, and the Pentagon have joined forces to block any law banning human trafficking and sex slavery.

In September 2003, President Bush delivered a moving speech at the United Nations, in which he mentioned the crisis of the sex trade. President Bush called for the punishment of those involved in this horrible business. But as usual he did nothing more than give lip service to the problem.

At the very moment of that speech, DynCorp a government contractor and CIA asset was exposed for having been involved in the buying and selling of young women and children. While all of this was going on, DynCorp kept the Pentagon contract to administer the smallpox and anthrax vaccines, and on a plague vaccine through the Joint Vaccine Acquisition Program.

DynCorp's clients include the Defense and State Departments, the Environmental Protection agency, the U.S. Army's Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP), the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), and the Centers for Disease Control etc. all of these contracts have been generated because they are a CIA asset, and front for CIA operatives.

DynCorp was one of the lead contractors for the War on Drugs in South America called "Plan Colombia" promoted by George H. W. Bush to eliminate CIA competition in this lucrative trade.

Enron executive Herbert S. "Pug" Winokur was on the board of DynCorp from 1988 to 1997, Winokur was the Chairman and CEO of DynCorp. Under Winokur watch ENRON worked with 20 CIA agents to bribe business deals.

DynCorp is connected with the CIA as the nation's twenty-second largest defense contractor with 1998 U.S. Government contract revenues of $475 million. DynCorp, which has between 300-600 contracted employees in Colombia, is performing functions like crop eradication (using defoliants like Vietnam), to sophisticated aerial reconnaissance, to combat advisory roles training military and possibly even paramilitary forces.

James Woolsey, former CIA director and friend of Pentagon advisor Richard Perle (Hollinger Inc.= Daily Telegraph, Jerusalem Post etc..) was director of DynCorp.

On Nov. 12, 2001, DynCorp, major government contractor for data processing, military operations and intelligence work, was awarded a $322 million contract to develop, produce and store vaccines for the Department of Defense ( DynPort Vaccine Company -- A joint venture of DynCorp and Porton International Ltd.)

DynCorp and Hadron, both defense contractors connected to classified research programs on communicable diseases, have been linked to a software program known as Promis this copyrighted program was stolen from the Petersons by Attorney General Edwin Meese lll (the software program was leased for $10 Million dollars and never paid for by the US Government) the Promis software program had a back door built into it by the CIA, that allowed the intelligence community in general to watch the activities of any government that acquired it, Israel was the main selling force behind the program, a copy of the software program has allegedly been sold to Saddam Hussein and another to Osama Bin Laden. If true, the Intelligence community knew every move of Bin Laden.

ENRON’S help by the CIA Enron dealmaker Frank Wisner Jr., muscled the company into lucrative overseas contracts, most notably in India and the Philippines’. Enron's deal to manage a power plant in the Philippines was due largely to Wisner's efforts. Based in Subic Bay, a former US military outpost, the power planet was taken over by Enron in 1993, two months after the last US troops left the base. Wisner is also credited with helping Enron win a $2.8 billion deal in India, building a power plant near Bombay. Now the project is under heavy fire for being over-priced, and with allegations of bribery.

Wisner Jr. (Vice Chairman, American International Group Inc.;) (AIG) learned his tradecraft from his father Frank Wisner Sr., one of the CIA's prime operatives. Wisner Sr., who worked at CIA from 1947 until just before his "suicide" in 1965, was involved in:

1) the 1954 CIA coup in Guatemala, toppling the government of Jacobo Arbenz for United Fruit Company,
2) the 1953 overthrow of Iranian Prime Minister Mohammed Mossadeq, and
3) the secret operations against Indonesian President Sukarno.

Unlike his spooky father, Frank Wisner Jr., however, was a former Pentagon official before his job at Enron.

While the American media is silent as usual, the sex slave scandal continues to sweep up innocent children who are sold into a life of slavery at the behest of Halliburton subsidiaries, Dyncorp, the Pentagon, the CIA and transnational corporations with close ties to the establishment elite.

One representative did show concern and was lied to by the Bush Administration.

On March 11th 2005, House of Representatives member Cynthia McKinney (D Georgia 1993-2003 and 2005-2007) grilled Secretary Rumsfeld and General Myers on the Dyncorp scandal. “ Mr. Secretary, is it [the] policy of the U.S. Government to reward companies that traffic in women and little girls?"

The response and McKinney's comeback was as follows.

Rumsfeld: "Thank you, Representative. First, the answer to your first question is, is, no, absolutely not, the policy of the United States Government is clear, unambiguous, and opposed to the activities that you described. The second question."

McKinney: "Well how do you explain the fact that DynCorp and its successor companies have received and continue to receive government contracts?"

Rumsfeld: "I would have to go and find the facts, but there are laws and rules and regulations with respect to government contracts, and there are times that corporations do things they should not do, in which case they tend to be suspended for some period; there are times then that the - under the laws and the rules and regulations for the - passed by the Congress and implemented by the Executive branch - that corporations can get off of - out of the penalty box if you will, and be permitted to engage in contracts with the government. They're generally not barred in perpetuity."

McKinney: "This contract - this company - was never in the penalty box."

Rumsfeld: "I'm advised by DR. Chu that it was not the corporation that was engaged in the activities you characterized but I'm told it was an employee of the corporation, and it was some years ago in the Balkans that that took place."

Rumsfeld's effort to shift the blame away from the hierarchy at DynCorp and onto the DynCorp employees was a blatant attempt to hide the fact that human trafficking and sex slavery is a practice condoned by companies like DynCorp and Halliburton subsidiaries like KBR.

When you see a company continually receiving no bid contracts, it is understood that such companies work hand in glove with our intelligence community, allowing the CIA or other intelligence network to use employment with these companies as a cover for their covert operations and you will further see that in each area of operation Drugs and the Sex Slave Trade are the common denominator.

What else are we to assume in light of recent revelations Cited in the Chicago Tribune that Halliburton subsidiary KBR and DynCorp lobbyists are working in tandem with the Pentagon to stall legislation that would specifically ban trafficking in humans for forced labor and prostitution by U.S. contractors?

The Pentagon: why are they involved in lobbying to prevent legislation aimed at this unlawful and inhumane practice? This writer’s opinion is that the intelligence department of the Pentagon is itself involved neck deep.

Four years has now elapsed since President Bush's promise to bring an end to this disgrace and the Pentagon is still yet to actually bar the practice, or to cease from blocking appropriate legislation. Bush is now gone, will Obama do anything?

DynCorp employees like Kathryn Bolkovac have been terminated from the company for blowing the whistle and reporting DynCorp officials who were involved in the Bosnian sex trade.

Former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich is one of very few representatives in high office aside from former Representative Cynthia McKinney to demand answers on this issue. He was removed from office. Could there be any chance he has been set up to quiet his voice?

Even without media intervention and thanks to the internet the iron curtain of official denial and soft-peddling is falling down we are able to look and find information otherwise concealed by the establishment.

These and other questions remain unanswered: What has happened to the children who were sold into slavery and forced to satisfy the demands of sick pedophiles working on behalf of the US government? Why have there been no investigations’ and convictions, in this establishment orchestrated child slavery and prostitution? Why are there no repercussions against the NATO officials responsible for the mushrooming of child prostitution in Kosovo? What happened to UN officials identified as using a ship charted for 'peacekeepers' to bring young girls from Thailand to East Timor as prostitutes?

We have a government that says it doesn't advocate torture and yet tries to block a law that would end torture. We have a government that repeatedly burns lower level minions to wash its hands of every major scandal that encompasses policies directly administered by the government itself, as in the case of Abu Ghraib and the DynCorp sex scandal.

A government that covers-up for those who force children into prostitution and slavery is a clear danger to our very way of life.

We must demand answers and finally put an end to a process that exploits and wreaks terror on the lives of the most innocent and vulnerable members of society, whether they be in the Balkans, East Timor or here at home. Our own children!

Child molestation is undoubtedly the most macabre and hideous aspect to evolve out of the United States use of Nazi scientists, the CIA’s Project MK-ULTRA. This grotesque project of ghastly experiments in mind control evolved out of earlier CIA projects in search for a truth serum. The roots for such a project date back to the wartime OSS to use on captured U-boat prisoners. The experiments were limited and the only drug they found to produce desirable results was cannabis. According to author Anthony Cave Brown in the Last Hero, the experiments were limited to testing on one person.

Additionally Dr. George Estabrooks of Colgate University carried out experiments paralleling the Nazis brain washing methods by drugs and hypnosis. Estabrooks connections with the army, CID, FBI and other agencies are still shrouded in secrecy.

During the war, the allies had captured documents in the Nazis experiments on inmates of Dachau with mescaline and other psychedelics in a search for a truth serum. The doctor in charge of the Dachau experiments was Dr. Hubertus Strughold. Strughold was also involved in barbaric high altitude experiments on inmates of Dachau. Strughold was brought to the United States under the Project Paperclip and became America’s father of space medicine. His use of mind-altering drugs on inmates provided the foundation for the CIA’s research into truth serums and mind control.

The United States first foray into truth serums started in 1947 as Project CHATTER initiated by the navy. The project was terminated in 1953. In 1949, at the Edgewood Arsenal the CIA began project Bluebird using Nazi scientists to find a truth serum. Project Bluebird evolved into Project Artichoke and eventually into MK-Ultra. MK-UTRA was much larger in focusing on mind control and the means to achieve it was not limited to drugs and psychedelics. MK-ULTRA experiments including using hypnosis, lobotomy, electroshock, sensory deprivation, ESP, drugs experiments, and sexual abuse with children.

Ironically, the CIA’s first widespread use of sex came from a program to blackmail United States politicians conducted by Edwin Wilson. The political targets were enticed to live out their sexual fantasies in the flesh. With hidden cameras ready the unsuspecting politician would be filmed, which would later be used to blackmail him into supporting the agency’s projects and views. Wilson's skill in these matters dated back to the early 1950s, when he took over a network of homosexual and pedophile rings from CIA asset and McCarthy Committee counsel Roy Cohn.

While MK-ULTRA focused primarily on the use of drugs for mind control other CIA projects evolved to use trauma to induce control or the victim’s mind such as Project Monarch. Project Monarch officially began in the early 1960s, although unofficially at a much earlier date. Monarch may have evolved out of MK-SEARCH subprojects such as SPELLBINDER, which was a program to create the Manchurian candidate or sleeper assassins that could be activated with code words.

MK-ULTRA still remains classified as top secret. Officially, the CIA refuses to acknowledge it. In the aftermath of Watergate, the CIA released voluminous documents under the Freedom of Information act on MK-ULTRA and other projects. Several good books soon followed the release. Perhaps, the closest admission of the program came in an interview of William Colby by Anton Chaitkin of the New Federalist. When directly asked what about MONARCH, Colby angry replied "We stopped that between the late 1960's and the early 1970's." Knowledge of Project MONARCH comes from its victims. The first to surface was Candy Jones, a model with the birth name of Jessica Wilcox. Jones apparently fit the physiological profile as to be one of the initial experiments of MK-ULTRA. Her story was told in the book The Control of Candy Jones.

The most publicized case is the story of Cathy O'Brien told in the book TRANCE Formation of America: The True Life Story of a ClA Sex Slave. O'Brien is the only vocal and recovered survivor. Like many others, Cathy was introduced to the program by her perverted father. Cathy covers an almost unbelievable array of conspiratorial crime: forced prostitution (white slavery) with those in the upper echelons of world politics, covert assignments as a "drug mule" and courier. Another survivor, Paul Bonaci who survived two decades of torture under Project MONARCH has disclosed strong corroborating evidence of wide-scale crimes and corruption from the municipal/state level all the way up to the White House. He has testified about sexually abused males selected from Boy's Town in Nebraska and taken to nearby Offutt AFB. At Offutt, they were subjected to intense MONARCH programming, directed mainly by Commander Bill Plemmons and former Lt. Col. Michael Aquino.

Monarch programming involves traumatizing the victim in order to create multiple personalities in the victim. Sexual molestation and the occult are standard tools for the Monarch programmer. There are several levels of Monarch programming.

Alpha is regarded as general programming within the base personality. Beta programming or sexual programming eliminates all learned moral behavior and stimulates the primitive sexual instinct, devoid of inhibitions. Delta is known as killer programming. Subjects are devoid of fear and are very systematic in carrying out their assignment. Self-destruct or suicide instructions are layered in at this level.

Other levels of programming generally concern some method of self-destruction or evasion if the victim was ever captured after completing their assignment. The initial stages of programming usually begin somewhere in the first six years of the victim’s life. Due to the trauma induced by electro-shock, sexual abuse and other methods the victims’ mind splits into alternate personalities to cope with the trauma. Formerly referred to as Multiple Personality Disorder, it is presently recognized as Dissociative Identity Disorder and is the basis for MONARCH programming. Further conditioning of the victim's mind is enhanced through hypnotism, double-bind coercion, pleasure-pain reversals, food, water, sleep and sensory deprivation, and with various drugs.

In order to keep Project ULTRA and its associated projects secret the CIA segmented the research between several universities, hospitals and prisons. The Canadians are still coming to grips with the house of horrors found inside Dr. Cameron’s Montreal labs. Cameron’s research was sponsored by the CIA. In fact Cameron's involvement may be the best documented case of mind control by the CIA due to the civil suit of Orlikow, et al. v. United States. In 1988, the court ordered the U.S. Justice department to pay the plaintiff $750,000. In addition the Canadian government was assessed $8 million dollars for damages.

The final stage of programming usually occurs on military bases to insure security. Several bases are implicated with Monarch programming. Two bases have been exposed in the past by incidents Offutt and the Presidio in the 1980s. The Presidio case dates back as far as 1982, when a military doctor warned the army of the danger to children in its day care center. The army failed to follow its own regulations in allowing the children to go on field trips off base without the parents consent. Why? On August 14, 1984, the FBI and officers from the army’s criminal investigation division raided the home of Lt. Col. Michael Aquino looking for evidence of child molestation.

The Presidio case attracted the attention of investigative reporter and radio talk show host, Mae Bruessell. During her investigation of the case, she received several death threats. Her daughter was killed in a car wreck that she attributed as a hit. Before concluding her investigation, Mae was struck with a fast onset of cancer. The reader should note the CIA has developed a fast acting cancer virus. Mae’s death may have been induced rather than from natural causes.

Linked with both Offutt and the Presidio cases is Lt Colonel Michael Aquino. Aquino founded the Temple of Set, an offshoot of Anton LaVey's Church of Satan. He was attached to the DIA's Psychological Warfare Division and holds a top secret security clearance for his work in military intelligence and on classified psychological warfare. . Aquino is obsessed with Nazi pagan rituals. He officiated at SS black magic ceremonies held at Wewelsburg, the Castle once used by SS chief Heinrich Himmler to create an SS order of Teutonic Knights based on the Knights Templar. His hypnotic manipulation of people made him an ideal candidate for the position of Master Programmer. Aquino along with others was arrested in the Presidio case for child molesting. The evidence was overwhelming of their guilt. However, to the dismay of the victim’s parents all charges were dropped. Aquino has developed training tapes on how to create a MONARCH slave and worked as a liaison between Government/Military Intelligence and various criminal organizations and occult groups in the distribution of MONARCH slaves.

All charges were ultimately dropped and the CIA blocked further investigations. The dismissal of charges is common in such cases.

Brain Editing

The latest achievement from our scientific community and their research is “Brain Editing”, a means to remove selective parts of our memory, the parts that the government may want us to forget. In other words, are we intended to become the idealized Citizen of the World?

It is our memories that make us who we are, and then who we become! By changing our memories, we thus become a different person. Perhaps that it the intent!

This research is merely an extension of a surgical procedure called lobotomy but with a chemical rather than a surgical component.

During the 40’s and 50’s it was believed that by cutting certain nerves in the brain could eliminate excess emotion and stabilize a personality. Indeed, many people who received a lobotomy seemed to lose their ability to feel intense emotions, appearing childlike and less prone to worry. But the results were variable, according to Dr. Elliot Valenstein, a neurologist who wrote a book about the history of lobotomies: "Some patients seemed to improve, some became 'vegetables,' some appeared unchanged and others died."

What type of patient was chosen for a lobotomy?

The most common reason for lobotomizing a patient was to treat schizophrenia, especially in patients who had just recently been diagnosed with the disease. The procedure was also used to treat chronic pain and suicidal depression. According to a New York Times article from 1937, people with the following symptoms would benefit from a lobotomy: "Tension, apprehension, anxiety, depression, insomnia, suicidal ideas, delusions, hallucinations, crying spells, melancholia, obsessions, panic states, disorientation, psychalgesia (pains of psychic origin), nervous indigestion and hysterical paralysis."

About 50,000 people received lobotomies in the United States, most of them between 1949 and 1952, and most were without the patients consent.

Rosemary Kennedy, the oldest sister of President Kennedy

In the summer of 1941, Rosemary Kennedy underwent a lobotomy. This operation was a famous failure, leaving her inert and unable to speak more than a few words. After her lobotomy she was sent to live at St. Coletta's School in Wisconsin, where she remained until her death at the age of 86.

The actress Frances Farmer was another example of a failed lobotomy.

Is this drug a new approach to lobotomy by taking us to a new level as the Ideal Globalized Citizen, ever smiling, and ever content, never questioning our rulers?

What is the Idealized Citizen?

Idealized Citizens are men and women that do not question their government, its actions and its policies. They accept their role as the servant of the masters of finance and politics. Free thought is eliminated instead we are to become the ever smiling, dogmatic evidence of arrogance, accepting all without discourse.

This is the ultimate mind control that the CIA sought for decades. The “Manchurian Candidate”, the perfect assassin, whose memory of the killing is lost even before it takes place.

If this drug is to advance, as we believe it will, we are to become the Stepford Citizen. Men and women detached from reality.

A headline in The New York Times April 6 2009 announced: "Brain Researchers Open Door to Editing Memory."

Scientists are now able to erase certain memories by tinkering with a single substance in the brain: Researchers in Brooklyn have recently accomplished comparable feats, with a single dose of an experimental drug delivered to areas of the brain critical for holding specific types of memory.

From life’s experiences, we know that there is more than one way to be "editing memory."

This new drug will eliminate the immediate need for media censorship as an expediency of government. Once the drug gains popular use in the appropriate circles, will we who question, rather than accept, be unwitting victims?

Dominant media have blotted out memories for decades- - by treating them as irrelevant or incidental to news and concerns that really count.

Schools have blotted out memory by eliminating important historical documents and purposes from the class room and the text books from which our children learn of history. We call this propaganda.

The greatest triumphs of propaganda have been accomplished, not by doing something, but by refraining from doing.

Great is truth, but still greater, is silence about the truth.

Brainwashing and Propaganda Techniques used by the Media and their CIA "Handlers"

Clear cases of propaganda arise when a group uses extensive means to persuade others of some "truth" without any opportunity for opponents to disagree or offer a rebuttal.

Ever since the CIA-OSS Operation “Mockingbird” (officially beginning in the early 1950’s) which began under CIA Director Allen Dulles, the Agency has placed CIA Assets and Stringers in positions of control over ALL Media resources in the United States and many foreign countries. CBS is the most perfect and exposed example where CIA Director from 1976-77 George H. W. Bush, and Frank Carlucci (a CIA hit man) were on the Board of CBS. CBS is further controlled by the Carlyle Group, and shuns all efforts at fairness (the firing of Gen. John Batiste for having an opposing view to the Iraq War.)

The Media uses a brainwashing tactic through Propaganda as follows:

A point is made and re-made repeatedly without changing the substance or allowing another opposing view. This is called Propaganda.

The Media makes a scapegoat for the Propaganda it is offering; e.g. IRAQ and Weapons of Mass Destruction. No credible evidence was actually shown to support this belief. Moreover, no investigative reports were conducted. No opposing view was allowed; those who tried were prevented from doing so; e.g. the firing of General John Baste.

The position (Propaganda) is promoted by a constant repetition, on a regular and recurring basis.

Fear is often raised in the targeted group or the group is made to feel that some person or event has deceived them.

Propaganda is the manipulation of ideas, images, and symbols to persuade a large group of people to think a certain way. The goal of Propaganda is to prevent people from questioning the message or from thinking critically outside the parameters of the message so that the message is considered an unchallengeable truth.

There are various examples of Propaganda throughout the world. However, since Propaganda can be defined in a variety of ways, (according to an individual's ideology and perception of the world) it is easier to start with a hypothetical situation:

Suppose there is a country where a person has ascended to power. That person wants to convince the citizens of that country that they should think, for instance, that there is a group of people that are evil. In order to successfully make people believe that and follow that belief, the leader will come up with a slogan (or slogans) that contain the message he or she would like people to believe. The slogan has to reach all the people in the country, so the leader would use the Media to broadcast the message in a variety of ways. The leader could also use governmental institutions to convey the message, in addition to influencing non-governmental entities to further put out the message. Bush used Propaganda continually with his slogans; e.g. The Axis of Evil!

One example from history of a leader who used Propaganda was Adolf Hitler, who created a government that disseminated Propaganda through movies, art, the radio, newspapers, speeches, schools, youth programs, and other cultural and political outlets.

The reason why Hitler is a useful example of someone who used Propaganda is because his program was formalized, and many people agree that he exemplifies a person who used it "effectively"; there is not much disagreement or debate that he used it at all - it is accepted as fact.

Again the reader should understand: Clear cases of Propaganda arise when a group uses extensive means to persuade others of some "truth" without any opportunity for opponents to disagree or offer a rebuttal.

Certain personality traits of the brainwashing targets can determine the effectiveness of the process. People who commonly experience great self doubt, have a weak sense of identity, and show a tendency toward guilt and absolutism (black-and-white thinking) are more likely to be successfully brainwashed, while a strong sense of identity and self-confidence can make a target more resistant to brainwashing.

We must always be vigilant of the Media and its propensity for Propaganda, and we must require of the Media that opposing views be allowed. This is a fundamental requirement of democracy and the purpose of the First Amendment - a “Free Press”. The Media must be removed from all government control, or exposed for its role as a protagonist of government interests.

The Eternal Fight for the Truth

More than 2000 years ago, one man threw the moneychangers out of the temple; this struggle has never ended.

If history is to teach us anything at all, it is that the moneychangers, who we now call Banks, control everything, the Media, the Courts, the Government, yes especially the Government. In addition, they are even able to control the emotions and thinking processes of our people, a populace so easily driven to a lynch mob mentality by virtue of the subliminal message they receive, their mind softened to deception.

Ignorance prevails in our society, because we no longer have the independent capacity to think for ourselves. We accept as true what we see on the television screen, the nightly entertainment and melodrama called The News, a fiction unfolding before our very eyes for ratings, a fiction that we dare not challenge, deception in the form of entertainment that we as consumers accept as true.

But, one thing that will not change is the reality that life is a journey, and we are all on the same path, we may take different turns and directions in our life and on our journey, but the end is the same for us all. Yet, though we are all on the same path, we for some reason will not stand together; we are separated and divided by design and the result is we lack the true spirit of survival, we lack the ability to see into the darkness, and find the light so cleverly hidden. We are thus so easily conquered by manipulation.

The enemy is not any smarter than we, perhaps more clever and deceptive, and controlling with the money they steal from us, and protected by those with whom they share our spoils, but definitely not smarter than we. And we, unthinking, are so accepting of our place as the servant of them rather than the master of all.

Television, like the Roman Coliseums, are an opiate to dumb us down, to twist our view of reality, to make those who are the good portrayed as the villain and the villain as the loyal servant for the good of man. The Banks loan to us our own money, for which we so nobly pay tribute. Our fate sealed in a debt we have neither created nor undertaken, we listen so intently and accept as we are deceived, that we have become the servant of them, and not as intended, the master of all.

Make no doubt about what we face, an apocalyptic event is unfolding, the lie becomes the truth and the truth becomes the lie. Yet it is inevitable that we will see into the darkness, and the truth will ultimately prevail.

The deception is that to win we really lose, the mask is removed, and we thus become what we really are!
