Brain Editing

The latest achievement from our scientific community and their research is “Brain Editing”, a means to remove selective parts of our memory, the parts that the government may want us to forget. In other words, are we intended to become the idealized Citizen of the World?

It is our memories that make us who we are, and then who we become! By changing our memories, we thus become a different person. Perhaps that it the intent!

This research is merely an extension of a surgical procedure called lobotomy but with a chemical rather than a surgical component.

During the 40’s and 50’s it was believed that by cutting certain nerves in the brain could eliminate excess emotion and stabilize a personality. Indeed, many people who received a lobotomy seemed to lose their ability to feel intense emotions, appearing childlike and less prone to worry. But the results were variable, according to Dr. Elliot Valenstein, a neurologist who wrote a book about the history of lobotomies: "Some patients seemed to improve, some became 'vegetables,' some appeared unchanged and others died."

What type of patient was chosen for a lobotomy?

The most common reason for lobotomizing a patient was to treat schizophrenia, especially in patients who had just recently been diagnosed with the disease. The procedure was also used to treat chronic pain and suicidal depression. According to a New York Times article from 1937, people with the following symptoms would benefit from a lobotomy: "Tension, apprehension, anxiety, depression, insomnia, suicidal ideas, delusions, hallucinations, crying spells, melancholia, obsessions, panic states, disorientation, psychalgesia (pains of psychic origin), nervous indigestion and hysterical paralysis."

About 50,000 people received lobotomies in the United States, most of them between 1949 and 1952, and most were without the patients consent.

In the summer of 1941, Rosemary Kennedy underwent a lobotomy. This operation was a famous failure, leaving her inert and unable to speak more than a few words. After her lobotomy she was sent to live at St. Coletta's School in Wisconsin, where she remained until her death at the age of 86.

The actress Frances Farmer was another example of a failed lobotomy.

Is this drug a new approach to lobotomy by taking us to a new level as the Ideal Globalized Citizen, ever smiling, and ever content, never questioning our rulers?

What is the Idealized Citizen?

Idealized Citizens are men and women that do not question their government, its actions and its policies. They accept their role as the servant of the masters of finance and politics. Free thought is eliminated instead we are to become the ever smiling, dogmatic evidence of arrogance, accepting all without discourse.

This is the ultimate mind control that the CIA sought for decades. The “Manchurian Candidate”, the perfect assassin, whose memory of the killing is lost even before it takes place.

If this drug is to advance, as we believe it will, we are to become the Stepford Citizen. Men and women detached from reality.

A headline in The New York Times April 6 2009 announced: "Brain Researchers Open Door to Editing Memory."

Scientists are now able to erase certain memories by tinkering with a single substance in the brain: Researchers in Brooklyn have recently accomplished comparable feats, with a single dose of an experimental drug delivered to areas of the brain critical for holding specific types of memory.

From life’s experiences, we know that there is more than one way to be "editing memory."

This new drug will eliminate the immediate need for media censorship as an expediency of government. Once the drug gains popular use in the appropriate circles, will we who question, rather than accept, be unwitting victims?

Dominant media have blotted out memories for decades- - by treating them as irrelevant or incidental to news and concerns that really count.

Schools have blotted out memory by eliminating important historical documents and purposes from the class room and the text books from which our children learn of history. We call this propaganda.

The greatest triumphs of propaganda have been accomplished, not by doing something, but by refraining from doing.

Great is truth, but still greater, is silence about the truth.

Project MK-ULTRA” The CIA’s Search for The Perfect Assassin “The Manchurian Candidate”

Project MK-ULTRA, or MKULTRA, was the code name for a covert CIA Mind-Control and Chemical Interrogation Research Program consisting of MK ULTRA and some 149 subprojects, which in turn each had multiple subprojects. MK ULTRA was a pass through program through which all extremely sensitive and mostly illegal CIA programs were funded. It was run by the Office of Scientific Intelligence under the control of the CIA from the mid 1940’s on. A third generation of this program is being carried on today.

The program “unofficially” began during the Second World War. ”Officially” it began in the early 1950s, under President Eisenhower and CIA Director Allen Dulles. The broad reach of the various programs under the MK umbrella, which continue today, extend to a search for the “Manchurian Candidate”, CIA’s dream of the perfect assassin, an agent whose capacity as such was not even known to themselves.

MKULTRA sought to find this Manchurian Candidate using hypnosis and mind bending techniques consisting of sleep deprivation, electro shock, lobotomy, extreme fear, and brain-washing coupled with psychedelic drugs such as LSD.

In search of the perfect assassin the CIA opened a brothel and used prostitutes, on their payroll, to entrap men who unsuspecting were given doses of LSD and were filmed having sex with these CIA employees, they were then blackmailed by the CIA to insure their future co-operation.

At the end of WW2, we imported to the US Nazi doctors and scientists, who participated in biological and chemical research experiments for NAZI Germany. Using these doctors and their protocol, documents retrieved from the Auschwitz Camp, the CIA continued their experiments on children, which included such programs as Ionized Radiation, infecting the children with Hepatitis, Nasal Radium Irradiation, and testing new drugs such as NeoBazine. Neither the children nor their parents were advised of these invasive experiments and there was NO consent.

The original theory of the scientist and doctors who participated in these various programs was that an individual could be controlled through hypnosis and extreme sensory disassociation, programmed to kill and through a programmed amnesia not recall the programming of his mind or the Agency involvement.

Children were used in these experiments in an effort to separate their psyche into multiple personalities through rape and other fear tactics. Many documented cases have shown that the Agency was successful in creating multiple personalities in this manner with children ranging from 3 years of age through the teen years. In some instances the younger children were raped by their own parent.

The program has taken many turns and evolved over the past several decades, changing names, and remaining top secret. It has evolved today to a psy-ops project, where individuals working with the CIA attempt to assassinate double agents and foreign dignitaries with nothing more than their minds. This program in its current phase is an extension of the Remote Viewing Project which itself evolved from ESP research which in turn evolved from the MK ULTRA umbrella of projects.

By the very nature of the experiments, evidence suggests that MK ULTRA had begun during the 1940’s under George Estabrooks. At the time Estabrooks was the leading proponent of hypnosis as the be-all and end-all of manipulating minds, his book, 'Hypnotism', published in the early forties, has been decried as too fantastic and improbable in terms of describing the capabilities of hypnosis with certain very suggestible subjects, but his arguments and examples remain valid to this day. Estabrooks admitted in 1971 to creating hypnotic couriers and programmed multiple personalities for Military Intelligence purposes. The couriers would deliver messages buried in their sub-conscience mind they didn’t even know they were carrying.

MK ULTRA would eventually establish programs in physics in the field of Vacuum Zero Point Energy and Fundamental Electrodynamics, Quantum Vacuum States, Gravitation, Cosmology, High Power Micro-Electronics and Quantum Electronics.

For decades, U.S. Intelligence Agencies as well as Intelligence Services around the world have been engaged in a quest to find individuals that were programmable through hypnosis, that could kill an enemy and leave no trace to the Agency. Today that emphasis has taken on an additional twist. The Agency has developed Intelligence Operatives with abilities reaching far beyond any network of informants or advanced spying. They still seek a multi-tasked agent with the ability to probe the enemy’s deepest underground bunkers, to determine the exact location of hostages, or physically incapacitate foreign leaders or entire armies, all from thousands of miles away by using only their minds.

The third generation efforts to determine intelligence applications for psychic abilities have centered around “Remote Viewing,” which is a clairvoyant ability to spy on distant enemies, experiments over the years have been very promising.

Operation Stargate was such a program, first brought to the attention of the American public by ABC TV’s Night Line News program on November 28, 1995. The remarkable success Operation Stargate experienced in the late 1970’s and early 1980’s cannot be overlooked providing information on more than 150 targets that had been previously unavailable from other sources.
